Ramblin’ Man Fair has announced full details and visuals on their website of their much-anticipated VIP area ahead of the festival this coming July 25th & 26th. The Halo Group is the proud creative festival production partner to this brand new event and The VIP is the first official release detailing one of the many stages, arenas and art installations we will be creating at the event.
An imposing 20Mx5M two-tier structure will provide the setting for this premium installation. Designed and built by The Halo Group, the area will give festival VIPs a luxurious experience and will provide a destination hub for those lucky enough to have access at the event.
Clad in aged timber and distressed wood, the VIP takes inspiration from vintage Americana and other rock influences. It will feature a selection of shabby chic leather style sofas with rich red cushions, low level booths with matching soft furnishings, bespoke coffee tables made from natural materials, retro-style barrel poseur tables with cocktail stools, and of course two focal point bars made from reclaimed wooden paneling.
Festoon lighting draped inside the interior promises to create an intimate atmosphere after dark, where guests are invited to relax and take in the ambience. As with all great things, it will be the finer details that truly bring the VIP to life. A selection of rock memorabilia will adorn the walls and tabletops whereas vintage fairground letter signs promise to add authenticity to the build. Inside, living foliage will help give the VIP the look and feel of an established building that’s become part of the landscape, full of character and charm.
Emma Ireland, Senior Project Manager at the Halo Group Said:
“The VIP is the first area where the festival has released full visuals but we are busy working up many more stage designs at the time of writing so it’s exciting times at Halo HQ. After being handed creative control of this amazing site, seeing the visuals online is really great. Ramblin’ Man Fair is using the full range of our services, from our art and production team and scenic painters to our carpenters and set builders right through to our in-house design team, structure crew and bespoke prop makers. It’s a dream job and we can’t wait to bring it to life”
