The Halo Group was commissioned by Tokio Marine Kiln to produce a corporate event to celebrate the festive season and to double up as a conference for the firm's employees. Set in Tobacco Dock, 400 guests enjoyed an evening of speeches, food, music and entertainment in a truly dramatic setting.
Our brief was to produce the event in its entirety. Tobacco Dock is a dry hire venue so we were responsible for managing every facet of the production, running the event and managing guests' transport and accommodation during the event. As one of the capitals leading corporate event specialists we were able to offer a turnkey solution to our clients.
To achieve the end result, we took inspiration from the architecture of the building, uplighting specific features to accentuate the space. We installed a range of different lighting packages in each of the 4 event spaces to create a variety of different atmospheres, each with an individual look and feel. The event featured a reception, speeches and presentations at the beginning of the night. The Halo Group provided stage design, infrastructure and corporate event management services along with the installation of a high-end audio-visual package. Later in the evening, a 4 course sit-down dinner was provided in a separate space along with a bar for drinks service. For entertainment, arcade games, casino games, bands, DJs and roaming entertainers all featured and were managed on the day by The Halo Group team.
