The Halo Group organised a quirky summer corporate event for London based advertising agency Leo Burnett at a private residence in Surrey. Leo Burnett is a long standing client of ours and each year we create a new fun theme for their staff and management.
As with previous years, our brief was to create a fun format with a twist. With record highs and sunny skies during the summer, a pool party seemed like the obvious choice. Our client's requirements included music, entertainment, a selection of fun lawn games and challenges, various temporary structures for shade and shelter, bar services, gourmet catering and of course the overall event management and coordination on the day. The overarching aims of the event were to create a relaxed event format to reward staff and aid team bonding.
To achieve the end result, we drew on our festival design and creative production expertise to build pallet furniture, oversized day beds crafted from reclaimed timber and logs and other essential event infrastructure elements. A stretch tent marquee was included in our site designed which was dressed with a rich selection of florals, foliage, bunting and other production features such as vintage birdcages, wine crates and barrels. All of these elements were brought together into a cohesive festival themed design. All lighting, sound, power, toilets and event equipment were also supplied by The Halo Group.
