Prop Making – Design & Fabrication Service

The Halo Group offers prop making, design and bespoke fabrication services to a wide range of clients. Our specialist areas include experiential, marketing and promotional projects. Our team of prop making experts work with a wide range of materials such as wood, fibreglass, and polystyrene amongst many others. We also offer scenic painting, laser cutting, light engineering, metalwork, vacuum casting and CNC machining services. We design and fabricate items in-house, offering a turnkey solution for a wide range of briefs. Our USP is our modular steel frame system which can be used to create very large or unusual props. Nothing is off limits for us. In the past we’ve created interactive vending machines inside props, fitted two London black cabs inside a giant Christmas present and even built a mysterious object from space to house an AI enabled robot.
