Hurlingham Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic

Set in the backdrop of one of the prestigious Hurlingham Club, one of London’s hidden gems, the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic tournament is one of the most intimate tennis events on the social calendar.  Attracting top seeded players, as they prepare for Wimbledon.  The classic celebrates timeless elegance and quintessential British traditions.

IMG engaged Halo to design and build a viewing platform and retail unit for Giorgio Armani the main sponsor.  The structure was to be nestled in between two grandstands providing optimal viewing of Court 1. 

We designed a hospitality structure with a ground floor, mezzanine level and fixed roof, and integrated ramps, decking and steps to give access around and through the structure.  We also worked closely with the production partners brought in by IMG to enable them to design and fit the cladding to our modular structure system.    The build window was very tight so all elements needed to be seamless onsite.  

The structure was an overwhelming success, it’s the second year we have delivered this with IMG and we look forward to 2024 and the further enhancements we can make to the activation.
