The Halo Group undertook an interior design project at Ticketmaster’s London offices in September 2016. The project has helped launch our new service offering in the sector.
The client’s brief was to restyle the room into a creative flexible work & event space to host gigs, functions, conferences and more. A key feature of the brief was to bring an authentic industrial chic look and feel with a raw yet elegant design and finish.
Our production team created scenic textures throughout the space including brick & concrete effects on the walls and exposed rendered textures on the columns to help set the tone. The industrial panels, aged wood and metal mesh grates used on the walls helped give the space its identity. The rooms focal point saw the creation of a performance stage featuring a “Marshall Amp” backdrop, walls clad in acoustic foam panels and a lighting rig on a DMX controller to create a range of different atmospheres. Our art team designed set pieces to add character to the space such as loud speaker installation affixed to one of the walls. A rough sawn timber bar featured a custom zinc patina bar top, shelving crafted from metal pipes and reclaimed wood and a brickwork back bar wall helped tie the overall aesthetic of the design together. The lighting design saw a continuation of the theme with Edison pendants, industrial inspired units, a bespoke conduit lighting installation and copper piping fixtures and fittings. The furniture included leather sofas, a snug booth, reclaimed metal bar stools and Scandinavian modernist furniture pieces, all brought together into a style conscious finish.
