Riyadh Air (Spiro) World travel Market Exhibition Stand 2024
THE BRIEF
The World Travel Market (WTM) London 2024, held at ExCeL London, hosted over 4,000 exhibitors and brought together global leaders and professionals from across the travel and tourism industry.
Our client, Spiro, was working with Riyadh Air to design and deliver a bespoke exhibition stand that would stand out on the show floor. The space needed to accommodate a reception for members of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family, private meeting rooms, a lounge, and display areas.
The challenge? The entire project had to be designed, built, and installed in just seven weeks, with exceptionally tight build and derig schedules for the level of quality required.

THE SOLUTION
We designed a 10m x 13m mezzanine structure, which retrofitted seamlessly into the approved exhibition stand design. The mezzanine featured a central staircase, private meeting rooms on the first floor, and a mix of clear and cladded handrails to enhance the look and feel.
Given the short turnaround, we partnered with Skyline Whitespace to complete the fit-out. Despite a build window of only four days, our team erected the mezzanine in just 1.5 days — creating valuable extra time for the production team to focus on a high-quality finish. Every hour counts on such a tight schedule.

WHY IT MATTERS
This project was about more than meeting a deadline — it was about proving what’s possible under extraordinary pressure. Against one of the most demanding timelines, we delivered a premium structure that combined engineering precision with world-class design
Our rapid-build mezzanine system unlocked time for the production team and enabled a more complex, detailed finish that elevated Riyadh Air’s presence at WTM. The result was a exhibition stand that didn’t just blend in, it commanded attention, impressed VIPs, and reinforced Riyadh Air’s status on the global stage.
